True North Canine Training was created from two things that have shaped my life: 16 years of service in the Royal Australian Navy and a genuine love of dogs.

My time in the Navy taught me the value of discipline, resilience, confidence, patience, leadership, and clear communication. Those same qualities are at the heart of how I train dogs and coach owners.

I believe good dog training should be calm, practical, and easy to understand. My role is to give you clear direction, help you communicate better with your dog, and build reliable behaviours that work in real life — not just during a training session.

Whether you need help with obedience, lead walking, recall, household manners, confidence, or general behaviour, each session is tailored to your dog, your home, and your goals.
